Massage Therapist

Completing my Sports Therapy degree has encouraged me to dig deeper into the most current research, whilst increasing my development in musculoskeletal injuries and how to treat injuries in a better way through multiple advanced techniques. Sports Massage, MSK, Physiology and nutrition were my favorite subjects at university, and I look forward to continuously learn more during my journey as a Therapist.
From being a professional swimmer and experiencing multiple aches and injuries, I know how important it is to be feeling your best, no matter what challenges are thrown your way in life. As a result of this, I have a strong desire to see people become healthier and stronger, which has led me to work in healthcare so that I can help as many people as possible. From working and gaining experience as a Sports Therapist, I have realised that each patient is unique, therefore every treatment should be tailored to the patient. In my short time working closely with Chiropractors, it has opened my eyes to see how well two treatments can aid in a patients recovery, with massage aiming to reduce tightness and restriction and create muscle balance.
I thoroughly enjoy meeting new people from all walks of life; I love talking and understanding the struggles that people go through. My drive as a Sports Therapist, is to see people transformed, from being in pain, to becoming as pain-free as possible. Every patient matters, no matter how big or small the problem is.
