With this 55 minute deep tissue massage the therapist will reach the deeper muscle tissues. Starting off with a gentle pressure to warm the area up and then as the treatment goes on they will use a deeper pressure to reduce any tension and stiffness. This technique encourages blood flow to the muscles, which helps speed up your recovery.
The therapist will focus on releasing tight knots and may spend more time working on a specific area to relax tight muscles. Sometimes it’s not uncommon to feel a little sore after a deep tissue massage, however this shouldn’t last any longer than 72 hours.
With this 55 minute massage the therapist will focus on treating minor and chronic injuries. The masseuse will use a wider range of techniques. These techniques will help realign, loosen muscle fibres and release any tightness in the muscles. As the muscles around the joint relax, it increases the joints’range of motion. This 25 minute massage the therapist will focus on relaxing the muscles around your neck and shoulder area. During most peoples lives everyone will suffer from tension in their neck and shoulders. This can be from poor posture, bad working positions or just carrying heaving bags.
This 55 minute massage the therapist will massage the entire body, and they will work on all the major areas, including the back, shoulders, legs, feet, hands and neck.
Usually the therapist will start at the bottom of the body and work their way up. If there is a particular area that you would like the therapist to work on, let them know and they can spend more time on that area.
